The Casper Events Center, the Casper Star-Tribune, and GAPWest Broadcasting are pleased to welcome Comedian Debi Gutierrez as the Keynote Speaker on Saturday, October 10 at 9:00 am as part of this year’s Wyoming Women’s Expo to be held at the Casper Events Center.
