Mary LoVerde, a well known speaker and author of Stop Screaming at the Microwave was the Keynote Speaker at the 2005 Wyoming Women's Expo. Ms. LoVerde spread the message of finding balance through connection and shared small steps in the right direction for a less stressful, more satisfying life.
